WOTCH is a large community mental health agency that provides a number of services which include Intensive Case Management; WOTCH Team of Registered Nurses provide community mental health nursing and case management supports;WOTCH Centre and WOTCH North provides Social and recreational activities as well as groups for Living skills, women, art therapy and music groups for the seriously mentally ill; Various types and levels of housing are provided such as Permanent housing, Rehabilitative Housing and Residential Treatment at Piccadilly House.The mandate for Picadilly House is to either defer hospitalization or to provide early discharge from hospital.
WOTCH works with the seriously mentally ill in both London Middlesex and in Huron counties.
